Kristen.

Kristen is a former certified personal trainer and has taken home medals from multiple pole competitions.  Kristen loves to help others realize their confidence and discover their love for pole dancing. She looks forward to seeing you in class for Level 2 and helping you reach your pole goals!

Angela.

Angela found pole dancing back in 2012 and immediately fell in love with the sport. She believes it is the perfect mixture of athleticism and dance. Over the years pole dancing has become a great stress reliever and confidence booster for her. Angela’s goal as an instructor is to share her passion for pole dancing with her students in a fun and comforting environment. She believes that every woman should feel beautiful, strong, and confident in their own body.

Christina.

I love that pole highlights both the strength and grace of the human body and what it is capable of. It has shown me how to be comfortable in my own skin, and I believe it can do the same and so much more for others. Pole has brought such positivity into my life and I am excited to share that with others by teaching them this beautiful sport. My goal as an instructor is to give my students solid foundational skills, so that they can grow and explore the joys of pole dancing forever!

Alex.

As an adult, Alex found herself searching for a way to stay active that she would enjoy; this lead her to her first pole class in 2019. Alex loved finding a sport that allows femininity, independence, gracefulness, as well as strength and fierceness. Her goal as an instructor is to support students through their journey in pole and develop the fundamentals that will help them thrive in this sport. Alex will be teaching Level 1 Pole.

Brenna.

Brenna began her pole journey in 2021 after completing her Ph.D. in Chemistry. She immediately fell in love with the supportive and inclusive community. She especially appreciates the way that pole combines strength with femininity and is excited to share that passion with her students.

Jeremiah.

Jeremiah started pole in November 2019 after doing major internal reflection and growth. His pole journey has led him to enjoy and focus more on sensual movement, floorwork, heels, low flow, and base work. Jeremiah loves his movement to melt and be slithery, hypnotic, slinky, twirly, swirly, and smooth. He has a master’s in public health and works in a hospital doing employee health and safety; pole allows him to detach from reality and get in tune with movement and his creativity. As an instructor, he hopes to help students get more comfortable with navigating sensual movement using the pole and floor.

Ray.

Ray started his pole journey in late Nov 2019 but more consistently during the beginning of 2020 just before the pandemic. Ray fell in love with pole and everything it had to offer in terms of modalities and fitness. In addition to pole, Ray is a yoga instructor and believes his yoga training and knowledge of anatomy help facilitate proper conditioning and warmup before tackling any physical challenge. Ray recently placed 3rd in the Men's Pro Division for PSO.

Morgan.

Morgan has been pole dancing for eight years and has been an instructor for almost four! She feels her style is unique and loves all aspects of pole including choreography, tricks, strength & conditioning, and working with her students to build great foundations. She enjoys helping others set and achieve goals and most importantly have fun while doing it! Morgan is a wife, a mother, and a glam-ma (grandma but cooler). Dancing is her life and her mission is to inspire others… “When in doubt, dance it out!”

De Anne.

De Anne has been passionate about pole since the moment she took her first class. She has competed in many pole competitions and finds the strength pole brings beautiful. Her goal is to empower all and find their inner strength. Catch her teaching Level 3, Level 3+, and HS/Ayesha 101!

Kassidy.

Kassidy has been poling for about two years now and have come to realize how important this sport is to my life over these past couple years. My hopes as a teacher is to inspire others to feel confident in their journey both inside and outside the studio. I wish to shine light on the community and encourage all different people to feel welcomed in. Pole has taught me self-discipline and that I am deserving of all my goals. The potential for pole is endless and I want to share that with students and people alike. Most importantly I am here to have fun and be healthy inside and out with all who feel the same!

Shelbee.

ShelBee began her aerial journey in 2010 and has an immense passion for movement of all kind, whether it be aerial, rock climbing, Muay Thai, hiking or acroyoga. Bee is one of the co founders of Queer Polers Collective, and is a huge social justice warrior. When she's not dancing, working out, or training, you'll usually find her eating. Bee's goal as an instructor is to create safe spaces for people of all identities and genders by nourishing and enriching self expression through dance and movement.

Christen.

Christen has been a student of yoga for over 10 years and started taking pole and aerial lessons in December 2019. She completed her 200 hour yoga teacher certification in 2021 and is excited to help everyone work towards their flexibility goals. She doesn’t t have a background in dance or sports, so she believes anyone can achieve their goals, regardless of where you are at in your journey. Christen is one of our Sub Instructors!

Cassy.

Cassy first started dancing in high school and loved ballet and tap.  She began pole in late 2021 and her love for pole grew when she realized how much it helped with her strength and self confidence.  Teaching has always been her passion.  She works full time as a dietitian teaching others about nutrition and feels so blessed to also be teaching pole now.  She loves how pole makes her feel physically and emotionally and hopes she will help others feel that way too.

Dream.

Like their name, dancing with Dream (he/they) will be like living your best fantasy. Dream has been poling for 3 years and has a background in contemporary, lyrical, hip hop, heels and jazz funk prior to that: there’s a reason why he say's he dances with a pole more often than he pole dances. Dream hopes to bring a style for pole dance that is fun to do, powerful to complete, and always giving the ooo-ah sensation to perform. If you enjoy choreo or (power) tricks, they would love to be your friends!

Alise.

Alise is originally from Ukraine started her journey as a teacher and dancer over 14 years ago. She started dancing 14 years ago, but her pole career officially began 6 years ago and found the love of teaching soon thereafter! She has been teaching pole for about 5 years now, and she aims to help her students discover more about themselves through movement, and unlocking their true potential and beauty. Her goal is to lead them through a safe journey of physical and emotional transformation during each class she teaches.

Amanda had found a new style that made her feel strong and empowered and,  along with it, came a new positive and loving community.

Dani.

As a Marine Corps Veteran, I have always enjoyed rigorous physical training, as well as trying new fitness and exercise programs…but I always come back to pole. I got into pole as a result of a college Interpersonal Communications course assignment that required me to do something out of my comfort zone. Aside from being generally athletic, I never played sports or participated in dance growing up, but that didn’t stop me from beginning my pole journey. I now enjoy sharing my passion for pole fitness and helping others achieve their goals. Dani will be teaching Level 3 Pole on Monday nights at 730p.

Cindy.

Cindy started in the Dance Team at 12 years old, ever since then she has fallen in Love with Dance and now more with Pole Dancing. Now she wants to share her passion on the Pole with others, help build confidence and empowering women everywhere!  She has competed twice, in both 2018 & 2019. Her category is exotic at level 2. Cindy wants to share her passion and create magic with everyone in her classes! Cindy will be teaching Beginner Pole Level 1 and Beginner Pole Choreography weekly.

Ari.

Ari started her pole journey in 2020 during the pandemic when climbing gyms shut down in order to keep up her upper body strength. She was initially drawn primarily to the athleticism and power that the sport required, but has come to love the beauty and self-confidence that pole has offered her as well. Ari competed in PSO PPC 2022 in the dramatic L3 division and placed 2nd. Her goal is to foster self-confidence and enthusiasm in any student that walks into her class.

Ruby.

Ruby took her first pole class at the start of 2019 and was immediately hooked. She also enjoys aerial hammock, aerial lyra, and dancing bachata. She loves introducing others to pole and helping them build a strong foundation. Seeing her students progress as they become stronger and more confident is one of the most rewarding things to her, and she can't wait to support you along your own pole journey!

Lorena.

Lorena has been poling for about 7 years now. She loves the excitement that she feels when learning a new trick and also teaching it! This sport has taught her self discipline and has also helped her open up to create her own work of art. She also loves to weight train when she's not training pole.
